WHAT WE NEED:
CNC Programmer/Machinist
Set-up, and operate 3-5 axis Milling center, lathe centers and Mill turn centers. Producing parts and tooling from aluminum, stainless steel, alloy steel, and various plastics.
REQUIREMENTS
- Demonstrated proficiency in the interpretation and use of engineering design drawings and technical specifications.
- Ability to develop and design machining processes, procedures, and control techniques from customer design inception to final production.
- Ability to create complex CNC machining/programs. Knowledge of cutting tools, fixture design, and coolant requirements.
- High level knowledge of CAD/CAM software (Mastercam)
- Ability to program, set-up and complete jobs at an expert level with minimal supervision
- Ability to identify and evaluate complex technical issues and provide well thought out solutions
- Minimum 5 years of programming experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment. Experience at large scale, high output bay area companies preferred.
- Demonstration of Mastercam proficiency is expected at time of interview for qualified candidates - 3D surfacing, dynamic tool paths, optirough tool paths, levels and plains

Quality Control Inspector
WHAT WE NEED:
We are in need of a full time, experienced quality inspector with an obsession for detail.
REQUIREMENTS
- Complete ownership of the quality department
- Set QC standards for machine operators, programmers and set up teams
- Manage in-process jobs and ensure dimensional and process requirements are met
- Expert level knowledge of CNC CMM. (Programming, set up, and general operation), while also using provided supporting tools such as; micrometers, calipers, gauge pins, depth mics, surface checkers, height gauges
- Interact with Production Management to ensure in-process quality requirements are met
- Expert level knowledge and experience with Hexagon Global S with PC-DMIS software is a must
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by Management
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- minimum 5 years experience as a Quality Inspector in a manufacturing environment
Pay & Benefits
$20.00 - $40.00/hr
